Folk Remedy Starter Kit

This is a starter kit that contains the staple ingredients that Dr. Jarvis recommended and used to help his patients maintain their health. They are all natural remedies that have been passed down for years and proven over time.

The Kit contains:

• Folk Medicine, by Dr. Jarvis, Soft Cover
• 1 oz. of Lugols Solution of Iodine 5%
  Calculating Number of MG's of Iodine per Drop of Lugol's Solution: LUGOL'S 5%: Each VERTICAL drop is about 6.25 mg of iodine. (The correct way to make a drop is to hold the dropper vertical and squeeze the rubber topper) HORIZONTAL drops - when the dropper is held side to side there is twice as much iodine per drop. Approximately 12.5 mg
• 1 Gallon Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Unpasteurized. Contains the naturally occurring "mother". Certified Organic by QAI
• 1 Roll of Hydrion Short Range PH Paper ( Nitrazine Paper ) Used in urinalysis for determining PH (acid/base) in the 4.5 to 7.5 range (5 yard dispenser roll with chart. One roll goes a long way as only a 1/4" piece is needed per test)
• 1 lb. of Kelp
• 1 lb. of Honey
• 1 lb. of Cayenne Pepper (90m SHU)
